From June 9 to 11, The Battery Show Europe 2026 was held at Messe Stuttgart, Germany. Compatible with cell capacities ranging from 314Ah to over 1000Ah, the solution combines integrated process design with a series of energy-saving measures, enabling overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) exceeding 80% and overall yield above 96% both well above industry averages. This provides customers with a highly cost-effective manufacturing platform for energy storage deployment.

From System Integration to Smart Factory Operation

At the exhibition, Lead Intelligent also highlighted its integrated production line solutions for Module, PACK, and CTP (Cell-to-Pack) manufacturing, serving both EV and energy storage applications. Covering every key stage from battery assembly to system integration, these solutions combine highly flexible production line architecture with advanced equipment integration capabilities, allowing manufacturers to accommodate multiple technologies and product formats while achieving higher productivity, precision, and process stability.

The company also showcased its integrated intelligent logistics solution, encompassing AS/RS automated storage and retrieval systems, manufacturing logistics scheduling systems, distribution center management systems, and digital software platforms. Through the seamless integration of software and hardware, the solution enables end-to-end connectivity from warehousing to production lines, helping manufacturers upgrade to more efficient and intelligent factory operations.
